5:39 p.m – Jeromie Ray Tenbusch, 42, was cited for dog as a public nuisance.
7:53 p.m – Deborah Duffield, 65, was cited and released on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant.
8:13 p.m – Carson Albert Strasser, 34, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree criminal mischief.
11:52 p.m – Leslie Renee Maynard, 51, was cited and released on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for harassment.

1:52 p.m – Willie Joseph Williams, was arrested on a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for driving under the influence of intoxicants, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to carry and present a drivers license.

5:27 p.m – Carly Fenton, 38, was cited for speeding and driving without insurance.

6:50 a.m – Justin Lee Walker, was arrested for second degree criminal trespass. Lodged at Linn County Jail.
9:48 a.m – Kenneth Adair, 56, was arrested for multiple warrants.
9:53 a.m – Deputies warned residents for dog offenses.
1:31 p.m – Hailey Elizabeth Farrar, was cited for speeding and driving while suspended.
2:22 p.m – Shawn Sherrill, 55, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, leaking/sifting load, operating without required lighting and failure to register a vehicle.
2:35 p.m – Public Works reports someone cut their lock on water. Officer responded, report taken for theft of services.
3:50 p.m – Crystal Schatz, 40, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and using a mobile device while driving.
4:57 p.m – Andrew Edwin Amundson, 35, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for criminal trespass.
5:32 p.m – Jamie Daniel Carpenter, 47, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for criminal driving.
7:24 p.m – Calvin Alvin Ames, 58, was arrested for second degree theft. Jamie Daniel Carpenter, 47, was arrested for menacing and second degree criminal mischief.
